职位描述:
1、保管有关印章、空白收据、空白支票、库存现金等;
2、报销差旅费及各项日常费用;
3、登记现金和银行存款日记账;
4、其他一切与现金有关的业务处理;
5、协助公司各种类型组织活动;
6、熟练使用办公软件(协助标书制作等);
7、领导交办的其他事项。
职位要求:
1、专科及以上学历;
2、2年以上工作经验,熟悉IT行业者优先;
3、形象好,气质佳,社交能力强,熟悉商务礼仪,思维灵敏、表达能力强;
4、吃苦耐劳,有较强的抗压能力,具备良好的团队合作精神;
